SUNCOL 50FP (Fenu Greek Protein)
Fenugreek (Trigonellafoenum-graecum L.) is one of the oldest medicinal plants from Fabaceae family. It is an annual legume cultivated in more than 20 countries of Asia including India, Europe, Africa and USA. Commercially, Fenugreek seeds are the most important and useful part of Fenugreek plant. These seeds are golden-yellow in colour, small in size, hard and have four-faced stone like structure.
Sunita Hydrocolloids Pvt. Ltd. (SHPL) has developed state of the art technology to separate out seed endosperm after removing seed coat & germ parts. Seed endosperm is composed of water soluble galactomannan polysaccharides while seed coat & germs parts are rich in different bioactive compounds like protein, saponins, phenols etc.
SHPL is offering SUNCOL-50FP, which is purified protein rich part of Fenugreek seeds, can be used as good source of protein in food applications.
Shelf Life
Best if used within 24 months from the month of manufacture, under proper storage conditions.
Recommended Storage Conditions
Store in a cool, dry, ventilated area, away from sources of heat or ignition.
