Dr. Brij Raj Sharma brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in developing and improving natural hydrocolloid products used across the food, personal care, oil & gas and industrial sectors. As “Associate Vice President of R&D and Quality Assurance” at Sunita Hydrocolloids Pvt. Ltd., he ensures the company’s product lines meet the highest standards of quality, safety and performance.

With a research background focused on natural galactomannan gums like guar, tamarind, fenugreek and cassia, Dr. Brij leads the scientific work behind our most reliable and widely used formulations. Based in Jodhpur, India’s hub for guar gum, he is closely involved at every stage from optimizing raw materials to fine-tuning manufacturing techniques for global industries.

Beyond the lab, Dr. Brij is actively involved in shaping Sunita Hydrocolloids technical content, working with writers to ensure every blog or resource reflects real product knowledge, practical insights and the science behind what we do. He aims to make technical topics more accessible to customers & our partners with a genuine passion for innovation, safety and transparency
